Stimulating Lymph Nodes

Start with the armpit, place your hand directly in that area and do eight to ten gentle circles. Repeat the same process on the other side. Next, stimulate the lymph nodes in the head and neck area. Place your hand above the collarbone, and do nice gentle circles at the base of the neck, about eight to ten times. Repeat the same process on the other side.
We also want to stimulate the lymph nodes below the ear. Use your fingers to split them into two, place them on either side of the ear, and do gentle circles about eight to ten times. Repeat the same process on the other side.
After stimulating the lymph nodes in all these areas, it’s time to move the fluid out.
Moving Fluid Out
All the lymph vessels guide from the middle of our face out to the side where these lymph nodes are below our ears. Then, they go down the side of the neck to these lymph nodes before they go back to the heart. By guiding the fluid through, we can help move the fluid out of the lymph nodes.
Starting at the base of the ear, use your hand to guide the fluid out, making gentle, downward strokes along the neck. Repeat the same process on the other side. Continue to guide the fluid down the sides of the neck until it reaches the lymph nodes, where it can then move back to the heart.
You may repeat these steps for three to five minutes every morning to help maintain proper lymphatic function. It is essential to use a clean hand and make sure to use as much surface area of your hand as possible, rather than just your fingertips. This way, you can get to all the lymphatic vessels and nodes.
