Food addiction is my problem, but only because I love pies. Still my weight is like I was in my teens. I’m glad that I’m not in bit coin so stress is not a problem too. I’m 89 years old and must have good genes. My siblings died at 65, 70, 80, 89, and 90. I have two siblings living at 86 and 95.
It’s never too late to have a healthy life I work at everyday at the gym that’s what makes me happy keeps me very very happy I am very very content I’m very satisfied I don’t let anything bother me anymore my life has really changed in 4 months very proud of myself very very proud.
