For breakfast every day I make steel cut rolled oats oatmeal with blueberries, cranberries, sprouted pumpkin seeds, almonds, with a dollop of manuka honey and sprinkle of cinnamon. Yum!!
Much better to eat the foods than do the juices as you get extreme sugars with juices.
Cut out refined sugar and sodium and drink water and herbal teas.
My favorite drink with breakfast is orange soda – so much more refreshing than plain old orange juice, and not as bitter.
